The Orleans County Natural Resources Conservation District (OCNRCD) is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our growing, mission-driven team.

As our Business Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in helping our staff deliver conservation programs that protect and improve the soil, water, farms, forests, and natural resources of Orleans County. This internally focused position supports the day-to-day business functions that keep our organization running smoothly, including financial management, human resources administration, and operational support.

About OCNRCD
Established in 1947, the Orleans County Natural Resources Conservation District works to protect, improve, and enhance the soil and waters of Orleans County through leadership, education, technical assistance, and conservation services.
Our work is rooted in locally led, voluntary conservation. We partner with farmers, landowners, municipalities, businesses, and community organizations to implement practical solutions that protect natural resources while supporting working lands and vibrant communities.
Today, our team is growing to meet increasing conservation needs across Orleans County, and we're looking for dedicated professionals who want to make a difference.
Position Summary
The Business Operations Manager provides critical support to the Executive Director, Board of Supervisors, and staff by overseeing internal business operations and administrative systems.
